LONDON: Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel has warned Sheffield United ahead of the FA Cup quarter -finals tomorrow night.
The Blades are hoping to forget for a moment their efforts to avoid relegation in the Premier League this week as they aim to book a place in the semi -finals.
Awaiting them is the rising Chelsea after the arrival of Tuchel.
The Blues booked a ticket to the quarter-finals of the Champions League with a comfortable win over Atletico Madrid, extending Tuchel’s unbeaten run to 13 games.
And ahead of the Blades’ visit to Stamford Bridge, the German has warned the team and other challengers in the Premier League.
“We’re going to build a team that no one wants to fight us,” Tuchel said.
“I don’t see too many weaknesses: I will focus on our strengths, this combination of players is amazing between experienced players, great personalities, young players and talent hungry for success.
“I’m used to creating the special energy and conditions you need to create the possibility of winning in every three days in a league like this. And I believe we can do this every day.”
Looking at his stint at Stamford Bridge so far, Tuchel said: “From the first moment, I felt it was like a well -structured family and club thinking every three days to win a match.
“Everyone at this club thinks about football and from day one, the support has been amazing. I feel a part of it. The real part.”
